Looking for smallholding to rent in Wales, Carmarthenshire or Ceredigion area?

hello, im looking for long term rent and possible purchase smallholding, farm or a house (at least 3 bed) with land and outbuildings for livestock, private landlords preferred, where could i find something like that? or any agent company that rents small holdings? please help, many thanks
