To me your reasonable options are...see if you can train her to accept the animals on the farm (enlisting the help of a professional trainer may be needed)...or keep her contained where she cannot get out and get to the other animals...if neither of those is an option, then re-homing her would be the most cost effective (and least cruel) option for all the creatures on your farm...
