What should I do if I'm upset?

I love my boyfriend. We have been together for almost 7 months and i love him. He gave me a promise ring and everything. We always talk on the phone every night. For the next few days he is gonna be gone camping and can only talk for like 10 min each day. I miss him a lot and i don't know what to do to make me less upset... any suggestions??
