Whats wrong with our goat?

we recently purchased a goat, we were told she had been de-wormed, and got all her shots, but she coughs, has a runny nose, walks into walls, and keeps trying to move forward, it's like having a zombie goat! My local livestock store, gave us Thymine(and vitamin B) that I give her twice a day, we have seen some improvement on the cough and runny nose but she still acts like a Zombie...I've searched the web but haven't found anything relevant, can anyone help...desperately trying to save Luna..Thanks to any who reply,
